Plenty of Places: Marketing Brochures
I proposed and implemented property brochures to all Colorado, Nevada, and our largest California properties to aid leasing agents. This project was a huge success and its design has slowly been improved through agent feedback.
Plenty of Places: Welcome Baskets
After mapping out the customer journey, it was determined that reviews should be one of our main focuses throughout the year. They not only affect our prospects' interest level but also our SEO. In addition to hosting an incentivized contest between all the properties, I proposed and implemented the welcome basket. They helped us gain a significant number of reviews, and social media followers, (via QR-coded cards) and we suspect this has played a role in our heavily increased resident retention rates.
Deerwoods Management: Logo Redesign Proposal
I proposed a logo redesign for Deerwoods Management in 2021. The website and logo had long been a concern by internal staff, as it wasn’t as eye-catching and memorable as our competitors. I conducted an internal survey and there was unanimous support for the change and the design. Unfortunately, the owner retired and I had resigned prior to this project being fully realized.
Deerwoods Management: Marketing Tiers
IApproved proposal to implement marketing tiers to our owner offerings. While working at Deerwoods Management, I had felt that my position was lacking structure and media expectations were not clear to owners. This system not only provides fair services to the wide range of clients we service, but also helps the company monetarily.
